State Route 18 is a route in northwest Alabama. It runs from the Mississippi state line (MS 12) west of Vernon, Alabama, east to SR-69 south of Oakman, passing through mainly rural areas of Lamar County, Fayette County, and Walker County. In addition to Vernon and Oakman, SR-18 passes through the towns of Fayette and Berry.
